Eshraqat Elem Academy, affiliated with Ahdaf Charity Endowment, is seeking a motivated and qualified French Language Teacher to join its educational team and support secondary students in Grades 10–12 in developing their French language skills and improving their academic performance.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in French Language, French Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the secondary level.
- Strong command of written and spoken French.
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with adolescents and build positive relationships with students.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to different learning needs.
- Familiarity with modern teaching strategies and interactive learning tools.
- Good organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Commitment to student development and creating a respectful, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver engaging French lessons aligned with the secondary-level curriculum.
- Support students in improving their reading, writing, speaking, listening, and grammar skills.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and offer appropriate academic support.
- Encourage student participation, confidence, and a positive attitude toward learning.
- Collaborate with the educational team to monitor students' progress and improve learning outcomes.
