Role Description The Well Head Maintenance role is a part-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar, supporting field operations and equipment reliability. Responsibilities include performing routine inspection, servicing, and maintenance of wellheads and related completion equipment in accordance with company standards and safety procedures. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, coordinating with field supervisors and technicians, documenting maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. The individual will assist in planning maintenance schedules, preparing tools and spare parts, and contributing to continuous improvement of wellhead maintenance processes to minimize downtime and enhance well integrity.
