Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Waitstaff role based at Hoi An Pho in Doha, Qatar. The role involves greeting guests, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, and serving meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner. Day-to-day tasks include answering guest questions about menu items, checking in with guests during their visit, and processing payments accurately. The Waitstaff team also supports cleaning tables, resetting the dining area, coordinating with kitchen staff, and following food safety and hygiene standards. The role requires maintaining a friendly, respectful attitude toward guests and teammates, and contributing to a smooth, efficient dining service.
