- Previous experience in a restaurant, preferably Japanese, Asian, or premium casual dining.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- For Captain Waiters: proven experience in supervising and leading a FOH team.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
- Candidates with knowledge of Japanese cuisine and service standards will have an advantage.
