Role Description The Treasury Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Obour, responsible for overseeing the company’s cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships. The role includes managing daily cash flows, optimizing working capital, monitoring bank accounts, and ensuring timely execution of payments and collections. The Treasury Manager will prepare cash forecasts, support financing strategies, manage foreign currency exposure where applicable, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The role also involves developing treasury policies, coordinating with finance and operations teams, preparing treasury-related reports for management, and contributing to process improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
- Experience managing banking relationships, financing arrangements, and treasury operations.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and corporate finance.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of risk management practices, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present to leadership.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
- Previous experience in a treasury or corporate finance leadership role, preferably within a multinational or project-based environment.
