Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Travel Consultant to join our call center team. If you‚Äôre passionate about travel, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping others plan their journeys ‚Äî we‚Äôd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with travel bookings and inquiries.
Use Amadeus GDS to book and modify flight reservations.
Support customers with hotel bookings and related services.
Resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets and service quality standards.

What we're looking for:

1‚Äì2 years of experience in flight reservations or a travel call center
Amadeus GDS proficiency is a must
Experience with hotel booking systems is a plus
Excellent English communication skills
Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and in a rotating shift schedule
