Role Description
We are seeking a Tour Operator to join our team and ensure seamless delivery of guided tours and travel packages. This role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating itineraries from initial booking through completion, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing reservations, liaising with hotels and transport providers, preparing tour documentation, updating schedules, and supporting sales activities by promoting tour options and preparing quotations. The Tour Operator will act as the primary point of contact for travelers, providing destination information, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

- Plan, organize, and coordinate guided tours and travel packages.
- Handle reservations and manage bookings with hotels, transport providers, and other partners.
- Prepare tour documentation and update travel schedules.
- Communicate with travelers to answer inquiries, provide destination details, and resolve issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the travel experience.
- Support sales activities by promoting tours, preparing quotations, and upselling options.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism.
- Demonstrated ability to manage reservations accurately and deliver excellent customer service.
- Proven sales skills, including upselling tours and converting inquiries into bookings.
- Effective communication skills in English; Arabic or other foreign languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage time effectively, and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency with travel booking systems, office software, and online communication tools.
- Previous experience in a tour operator, travel agency, or hospitality environment is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred.
