A leading global MedTech organisation is seeking an experienced Territory Manager – Cardiac Implants to drive therapy adoption, develop strategic clinical partnerships and support the growth of innovative Cardiology programmes across Sweden split with another colleague with a focus for this position on Stockholm.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious medical device sales professional with a strong background selling to hospitals to work closely with leading clinicians and healthcare organisations, helping expand access to innovative therapies that can make a meaningful difference to patients.
The Role
As Territory Manager you will take ownership of a strategically important territory, developing key accounts and driving sustainable sales and market growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop priority Hospital centres and drive therapy adoption across the territory.
- Achieve sales, revenue and market growth targets through structured account planning and execution.
- Build long-term relationships with Cardiologists, Cardiac surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within complex hospital environments.
- Present innovative medical device solutions that support clinicians and improve patient care.
- Work closely with clinical, technical and cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Manage pricing, forecasting, reporting and customer follow-up with strong commercial discipline.
- Contribute to the development of Heart Failure programmes across Sweden and, where required, the wider Nordic region.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced medical device sales professional who combines strong clinical knowledge with proven commercial success.
You’ll ideally bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in medical device sales, ideally within cardiology, or another high-acuity specialty.
- A proven track record of sales success in a competitive medical device market.
- Experience managing complex hospital accounts and developing long-term clinical partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, planning and organisational skills.
- The ability to influence and collaborate with clinicians and senior healthcare stakeholders.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Confidence working within an international, matrixed organisation.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Based in or around Stockholm.
