Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The person in this position will make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote property listings, investment opportunities, and related services. Day-to-day activities include qualifying leads, explaining property features and benefits, scheduling viewings or meetings, and following up on inquiries to move prospects through the sales pipeline. The Telesales Specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, and meet or exceed call, conversion, and revenue targets while providing professional, service-oriented communication.
