Elite Quality and Standardization Certificates L.L.C. – S.P.C. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting our ISO Certification, Training and related QHSE services to potential clients and supporting business development activities.
üîπ Key Responsibilities‚Ä¢ Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
• Generate qualified leads for ISO Certification and Training services
• Explain our services clearly and professionally to clients
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and potential opportunities
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the Sales & Operations team for client requirements
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and sales targets
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
üîπ Candidate Requirements‚Ä¢ Previous experience in Telemarketing / Telesales / Business Development preferred
• Experience in ISO Certification, QHSE, Training, Consultancy or B2B services will be an advantage
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good command of English
• Confident in making cold calls and handling client objections
• Target-driven, proactive and well organized
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication and CRM/lead tracking
