Develop industrial telecom and network designs covering fiber-optic, radio/microwave and IP communication systems.
Prepare architectures, link/cable requirements, equipment schedules and technical specifications.
Review supplier designs for redundancy, network segmentation and automation-system interfaces.
Coordinate technical evaluations through Supply Chain and support factory/site testing and network handover.
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electronics, electrical engineering or a relevant networking discipline.
Required: fiber optics, IP networking, switching/routing, VLANs and radio-link fundamentals.
Knowledge of industrial network availability and security. CCNA or equivalent certification preferred. Clear English documentation.
Required experience
Minimum 6 years in telecom/network engineering, including industrial or utility networks. Practical fiber-optic and radio/microwave project experience required.
