Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Engineer at Citizen Home, located in Degla El Maadi. The Tendering Engineer will be responsible for:
• RFQ Management
• Tender Review
• Estimation & Quantity Surveying
• Cost Monitoring & Analysis
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in preparing accurate and competitive Quotations and tenders
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating project requirements and identifying cost-effective solutions
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Knowledge of Procurement processes and sourcing materials
• Background in finishing works Engineering, ensuring accurate technical evaluations
• Proficiency in relevant software and familiarity with industry standards
• Attention to detail and a strong ability to work within deadlines
