Role Description
This full-time (Fixed EST Timezone shift), on-site Team Lead role is based in Rabat-Salé, Morocco. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day activities for a designated team, set clear priorities, and coordinate workloads to meet operational and project goals. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, providing regular feedback, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and service quality. The role involves coaching and mentoring team members, facilitating collaboration across departments, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. The Team Lead will also prepare reports for management, help resolve escalated issues, and contribute to planning and implementation of initiatives that enhance productivity and employee engagement.
