Summary of Job Duties
This role is responsible for managing all day-to-day recruitment activities
and team operations in the region. The primary focus is on executing practical recruitment tasks including using local channels to fill commercial, technical and operational positions, managing the local recruitment team.

Key duties involve handling employer branding activities, maintaining
workplace culture, and coordinating with HQ on recruitment data and
reporting. This position also requires regular communication with local
department heads to understand their hiring needs, organizing onboarding
for new employees, and completing other assigned HR tasks as needed.
The role demands a hands-on approach to ensure effcient hiring operations
and effective team management in the region.
Main Responsibilities
1.Leverage extensive local recruitment channels (job portals, agencies,.
universities) to build a talent pipeline for commercial, technical, and
operational roles.

Develop, lead and mentor the local team of Talent Acquisition.

Continuously optimize the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure an
exceptional candidate experience and improve the quality of hire.
- Develop and scale a strong local employer brand to attract passive
candidates and establish Lamipak as a top employer in the market.
- Foster an inclusive, high-engagement workplace culture aligned with
corporate values.
- Partner with the HQ Talent Acquisition team to ensuring data consistency
and providing regional insights for global reporting.
- Facilitate the smooth onboarding of local hires into the global
organization, ensuring they understand and connect with the company's
culture and values.
- Proactively engage with local business department heads and line
managers to maintain a deep understanding of their operational dynamics
strategic direction, and evolving talent needs.
- Accept and lead other HR projects or tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualifcations(Education/Knowledge/Working Experience)
Qualifcations:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related feld.
2.A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within
multinational companies in UAE.
- Language Profciency: Fluent in Chinese and English (both verbal and
written)is mandatory.
4.Demonstrated experience in local recruitment channels and talent
sourcing strategies within UAE
5.In-depth knowledge of Dubai labor legislation, social security, and tax
regulations.
6.Proven experience in implementing and optimizing HR processes and
systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
to decision-making.
8.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships at all levels.
Skills Needed
