Role Description The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a consistently high level of service and guest satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role in Jeddah includes managing spa staff, scheduling, and workflow to deliver seamless spa experiences. The Spa Manager will coordinate treatments and services, monitor facility cleanliness and ambiance, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. The role also involves managing spa inventory, supporting budgeting and revenue targets, and collaborating with other hotel departments to promote spa offerings. The Spa Manager will handle guest feedback, resolve service issues, and support ongoing training to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Spa Management, including daily operations, team coordination, and service delivery.
- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle guest feedback and maintain high standards.
- Experience with Budgeting, revenue tracking, and basic financial reporting for spa operations.
- Knowledge of Skin Care and spa treatments, with the ability to guide guests on appropriate services.
- Previous experience in hospitality or spa environments, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Relevant certification or diploma in spa management, hospitality, wellness, or a related field is preferred.
