The Role
We’re looking for a creative Video Editor & Social Media Content Volunteer to help build GraviLog’s social media presence (Arabic & English).
This role is primarily focused on creating engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
You will work closely with the founder and team to turn health, pregnancy, AI, and GraviLog-related ideas into clear, engaging, visually compelling videos that educate, build trust, and grow our audience.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership; not an observership or administrative position.
Responsibilities
- Edit and produce short-form videos for Reels, TikTok and other social platforms.
- Turn ideas, scripts, educational topics, and raw materials into engaging social videos.
- Create videos with strong hooks, captions, transitions, graphics, music, and pacing suitable for social media.
- Adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Help develop recurring video formats and content series for GraviLog.
- Collaborate with the founder and team on content ideas, scripts, and creative direction.
- Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the GraviLog brand.
- Stay aware of current short-form video trends and suggest new content formats.
- Support basic content scheduling and publishing when needed.
- Help build GraviLog’s English-speaking audience in the US and global markets.
Qualifications
- Strong practical skills in video editing and short-form content creation.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, or similar content.
- Good understanding of social media storytelling, hooks, pacing, and audience retention.
- Comfortable using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or similar.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Creative, self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Genuine interest in women’s health, maternal health, AI, startups, or technology is a plus.
