Role Description The Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment across laboratory, medical, and healthcare facilities, ensuring that systems operate safely and efficiently. The Service Engineer will conduct regular inspections, diagnose technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and provide field service visits to customer locations. Daily tasks include delivering technical support, documenting service activities, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating clearly with customers about service plans and outcomes. The role also includes supporting continuous improvement of service processes and contributing to high-quality after-sales service.
