Role Description The Senior Tendering Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role is responsible for leading the preparation, review, and submission of technical and commercial tenders for electrical, automation, and instrumentation projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing tender documents and specifications, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and finance teams, preparing detailed cost estimates and quotations, and ensuring competitive and compliant bid proposals. Qualifications
- Review the project documentations such as drawings and specifications in order to create Tender summary report.
- Prepare Clarifications & queries.
- Prepare the offer to be submitted for biding and tender
- Divide the project into packages and send RFQ for vendors or sub-contractors.
- Receive quotations from vendors, suppliers &sub-contractors &prepare comparison sheet for rates provided by them.
- Review the quantity survey from drawings.
- Attend the Clarification Meetings with the owner of the project.
Requirement:
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- Previous experience in same role for 2-3 years.
- Very good English.
- Excellent in Microsoft Soft.
- Strong Negotiation & attention to details skills.
- Communication Skills.
