Role Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various functions within Brickwell Investment. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job profiles, and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interview schedules, providing candidate feedback, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding. The role also involves enhancing employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with the company’s values and growth objectives.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Hiring and Interviewing skills to identify, assess, and select qualified talent.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding to promote Brickwell Investment as an attractive workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Several years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within real estate, investment, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and basic HR analytics.
