Role Description The Senior Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. Day-to-day activities include conducting sales meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, preparing proposals, and following up on leads to meet and exceed sales targets. The Senior Sales professional will collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies, provide accurate sales forecasts, and contribute to market analysis and planning. The role also involves mentoring and training junior sales team members, promoting best practices, and supporting continuous improvement in sales processes.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
* Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including meeting targets, managing pipelines, and overseeing key accounts.
* Training and coaching capabilities to support the development of junior sales team members and enhance team performance.
* Experience in B2B sales or related fields, with the ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
* Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software to manage data and report on sales activities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
