Role Description The Senior Mortgage Broker will manage end-to-end mortgage advisory and placement for clients, from initial consultation through to loan approval and closing. This full-time, on-site role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves assessing client financial profiles, recommending suitable mortgage products, and coordinating with banks, lenders, and internal stakeholders. The individual will prepare and review mortgage applications, ensure compliance with local regulations, and maintain accurate documentation and records. Day-to-day responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, guiding clients through debt consolidation options when relevant, monitoring market trends and rates, and contributing to mortgage marketing initiatives to grow the client base. The Senior Mortgage Broker will also mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement in processes and client experience.
Qualifications
- * Strong expertise in mortgage brokerage, with proven experience as a Mortgage Broker and in Brokerage services.
- Solid understanding of Finance principles, lending criteria, and risk assessment, including experience with Debt Consolidation solutions.
- Ability to contribute to and execute Mortgage Marketing activities, including client acquisition and relationship management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with a client-focused and ethical approach.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in mortgage or financial services are an advantage.
- Experience working with UAE banking regulations and mortgage products, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE market.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and productivity tools to manage pipelines, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
