About the Role:
EcoIFM is looking for a Senior HVAC & VRF After Sales Engineer specialized in HVAC & VRF systems maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical supervision, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales support of VRF & HVAC systems, ensuring reliable system performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance.
Strong practical experience with VRF systems is a MUST.
Solid knowledge of VRF troubleshooting, commissioning, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
Experience in After Sales / Maintenance is highly preferred.
Good understanding of HVAC principles and system operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC & VRF systems.
Troubleshoot VRF and HVAC faults and implement corrective actions.
Handle technical issues and provide after-sales technical support to customers.
Monitor system performance and identify potential operational problems.
Analyze equipment performance and recommend appropriate solutions.
Plan and schedule maintenance activities with the relevant teams.
Prepare maintenance reports and document inspection findings.
Provide technical support to Sales and Engineering teams when required.
Stay updated with the latest VRF technologies, products, and HVAC solutions.
