Role Description
- The Senior Architecture Engineer will lead the design and technical development of contracting , Finishing and fit-out projects, ensuring architectural concepts are translated into accurate, buildable plans.
- This full-time, on-site role in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid involves coordinating with project managers, contracting teams to review drawings, specifications, and materials, and to resolve technical issues during execution.
- The role includes overseeing design reviews, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards, preparing and updating documentation, and participating in site visits to monitor progress and quality.
- The Senior Architecture Engineer will also mentor junior team members, contribute to project planning and scheduling, and support stakeholders with clear, timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Architecture skills, including concept development, detailed design, and technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, with experience in planning, coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Architecture Engineering and Contracting knowledge to align design intent with structural, and site execution requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective Teamwork and collaboration skills to work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 3- 5 Years of Experience .
- Proven experience in senior or lead roles within contracting, fit-out & finishing projects, ideally in retail or commercial sectors.
- Strong proficiency with architectural and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Photo shop , 3D Max ,Enestrator Knowledge in Revit) and familiarity with local building codes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
