Senior Accountant

Job Summary
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with experience in facilities management or property management. The Senior Accountant will manage financial activities and reporting across projects, support procurement and commercial processes, and oversee onshore and offshore accounting resources.
Key Responsibilities
Finance and Accounting
• Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly management reports.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Perform variance analysis and track project progress and margins.
• Manage client invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Review accounts payable, vendor payments, payroll, and petty cash.
• Support annual financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
Procurement and Commercial Support
• Review vendor contracts, purchase order requests, open purchase orders, and goods receipt and invoice records.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with the delegation of authority and that purchase orders are issued on time.
• Review vendor invoices and support vendor management and commercial evaluations for projects.
• Support contract amendments, payment applications, and commercial reviews.
Project and Client Reporting
• Prepare client budgets, monthly and annual reports, and project financial updates.
• Support accounts receivable reporting and collection activities.
• Coordinate payment approvals and project approvals, including those processed through Tririga.
• Support VAT, internal control, and ISO audit requirements.
Team and Systems
• Oversee onshore and offshore accounting resources.
• Support ERP migration and improvements to finance and procurement processes.
Requirements
• Chartered Accountant qualification is essential.
• Experience in facilities management or property management is strongly preferred.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting.
• Ability to manage accounting resources and work with operational, procurement, and client teams.
