Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time hybrid position based in Amman, Jordan, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The person in this role will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach to prospective clients, and present Kopo Agency’s marketing services and solutions in a clear, compelling way. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating with marketing and account teams, and following up with clients to ensure a smooth sales process. The Sales Specialist will handle incoming inquiries, build strong client relationships, and provide high-quality service that supports client satisfaction and retention. This role also involves tracking sales performance, contributing to sales strategies, and staying informed about market trends relevant to Kopo’s services.
Qualifications
- * Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and solution-oriented support.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing opportunities.
- Background in Training and Sales Management, such as coaching team members or coordinating sales activities, is an advantage.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or agency environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, managing time and priorities both in-office and remotely.
- Comfort with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; proficiency with common office and communication software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
