Position: Telecaller
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, communicating with clients, following up on leads, explaining services, and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.
- Handle incoming inquiries professionally.
- Explain company services and provide accurate information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain basic records of calls and client interactions.
- Achieve assigned calling and appointment targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous telecalling/customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Languages required: Hindi, English, Urdu, Punjabi, or Nepali.
- Must be available to work on-site in Abu Dhabi; remote work is not available.
Weekoff: Monday only.
