We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi and create a thoughtful, personalised retail experience for every customer.
As a Sales Executive, you will help customers discover products, stories and styling ideas that suit their interests and lifestyles.
You will manage the complete customer journey — from a warm welcome and discovery to product recommendations, styling, mobile POS checkout, careful packaging and a sincere farewell.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome customers naturally while respecting personal space and culture
• Understand customer needs before recommending products or styling ideas
• Explain product specifications, curation stories and lifestyle fit
• Provide fitting-room support while protecting customer privacy
• Complete cash and card sales accurately using approved POS access
• Confirm items, package purchases carefully and provide a sincere farewell
• Maintain approved VMD, sales-floor, fitting-room and product-care standards
• Coordinate replenishment and stock enquiries with the Storekeeper
• Collect customer details only with consent and through approved systems
• Refer returns, discounts, refunds and compensation requests to the manager for approval
• Accurately process sales while protecting products, payment devices and customer information

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of experience in fashion, lifestyle or premium retail preferred
• Experience in consultative or styling-led sales preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong customer listening and styling skills
• Ability to communicate product stories in an engaging way
• Strong digital POS and transaction accuracy
• Cultural sensitivity and a collaborative approach
• Genuine passion for customer experience, fashion, lifestyle and culture
Reports to: Assistant Manager – Retail
Operational oversight: Shop Manager / Manager on Duty
THE ROLE
• Shift-based schedule
• Extended standing and walking
• Mobile POS and stock handling
• Participation in events, launches and stock counts
