We are seeking a dynamic and proactive sales executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance Industry (company setup and accounting) in Dubai and be fluent in English. This role requires a professional who is adept at initiating conversations, building relationships, and expanding our client base in the company incorporation and accounting services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the conversion of leads into paying clients through persuasive selling techniques and tailored presentations.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to introduce BCL Globiz's offerings, uncover client needs, and build rapport from the first interaction.
- Attend industry events and engage in extensive networking to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to identify and secure new business opportunities. Manage a pipeline of both hot and cold leads, nurturing each stage of the sales funnel to maximize conversion potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Track lead-to-conversion ratios, cold call effectiveness, and other key metrics to improve sales processes.
- Generate detailed reports on sales performance, analyzing data to adjust strategies and enhance conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within Dubai.
- Proven experience in the company setup and accounting services industry.
Skills and Attributes:
- Fluency in English
- Languages know - Spanish, italian and Russian is add on advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to break the ice and establish rapport in initial meetings.
