Role Description The Sales Engineer (Architect/Interior Designer) role at BAGNODESIGN MISR is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The individual in this role will engage with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors to promote premium bathroom solutions, providing design-oriented product recommendations and project-based proposals. Daily activities include preparing technical drawings and layouts, creating mood boards and product specifications, and presenting solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. The role also involves conducting showroom consultations, responding to technical inquiries, coordinating with the projects and logistics teams, and following up on quotations and orders to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will contribute to achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting brand visibility through professional representation of BAGNODESIGN MISR.
Qualifications
* Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate design concepts into practical product solutions.
* Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service abilities(indoor sales), including managing client relationships, negotiating, and handling project-based inquiries.
* Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and external partners in a clear and professional manner.
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., Microsoft office, AutoCAD,..) and familiarity with bathroom fixtures and finishes is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Experience in retail or project-based sales in building materials, sanitary ware, or interior design is highly beneficial.
* Ability to work on-site in Cairo showroom, collaborate within a team environment, and maintain a client-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
