Role Description The Sales and Application Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves driving sales of advanced medical technologies, conducting product presentations and demonstrations for healthcare professionals, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales follow-up. The specialist will provide clinical application support, including training physicians and medical staff on proper product use and integration into clinical workflows. Day-to-day tasks include regular visits to hospitals and clinics, responding to customer inquiries, assisting in troubleshooting product-related issues, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales activities with company strategy. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, preparing reports on market feedback, and contributing to local marketing and educational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust with healthcare providers and deliver clear, professional product information.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in Training healthcare professionals on medical devices or clinical applications, including organizing workshops and hands-on sessions.
- Background in medical devices, healthcare, or related fields, with the ability to understand clinical workflows and technical product features.
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a related discipline.
- Cairo resident
- Medical or scientific background: Pharmacist, Veterinarian, Biomedical Engineer, or Science graduate
- 2-3 years of experience in medical supplies or medical devices
- Driving license and own car is a must for this role.
