Rotating Equipment Engineer.
Who can:
Supervise and control the mechanical maintenance activities for all rotating equipment in the plant in order to optimize its life cycle cost as a main purpose.
Tasks:
- Supervise and lead contractor mechanical teams and to give precise instructions in their area of responsibility considering the safety, quality and duration of work.
- Provide the necessary support and guidance to contractors to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
- Develop preventive maintenance programs and provide maintenance work instructions and scopes of work for rotating equipment maintenance activities.
- Assist in the preparation of the planned shutdown activities & follow up the maintenance work execution on rotating equipment during shutdowns in supervisory capacity.
- Issue technical reports for minor & major repair activities and feedback on the Computerized Maintenance Management System that is to keep a history on the system that will be useful in the analysis of equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with all company and governmental safety, environmental and health rules and regulation.
Min. Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in maintenance of rotating equipment including Gas Turbines.
- Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering.
- Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals Industry Experience.
