Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Supervisor role based in Jeddah. The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily front-of-house operations, ensuring consistent service standards, timely table turnover, and smooth coordination between the kitchen and service staff. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling team members, monitoring food and beverage quality, managing opening and closing procedures, and supporting compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves resolving guest issues, promoting customer satisfaction, training staff on service best practices, and assisting with inventory checks and basic reporting. The Restaurant Supervisor works closely with management to implement operational improvements and maintain a welcoming, professional dining environment.
