Role Description The Restaurant Manager at Alazzam Group is a full-time, on-site role based in Manama. This position is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing shift schedules, coordinating food and beverage service, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. The Restaurant Manager monitors guest satisfaction, responds to customer feedback, and works to maintain high service standards. The role includes participating in hiring and training team members, supporting inventory and cost control, and collaborating with leadership to achieve sales and profitability targets. The Restaurant Manager is expected to lead by example, foster a respectful work environment, and uphold company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
* Experience in Food & Beverage operations and understanding of restaurant service standards.
* Effective Communication skills for working with guests, team members, and management.
* Experience in Hiring, onboarding, and coaching restaurant staff.
* Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Proven organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Knowledge of basic budgeting, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
