About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist (HR Recruiter) to join our HR team and handle the full recruitment cycle, with a primary focus on hiring Sales / Property Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
• Post and advertise job vacancies across relevant recruitment channels.
• Source and attract qualified candidates for Sales and Property Consultant positions.
• Review and screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and communicate job offers to selected candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the offer and onboarding process until they join.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Achieve recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Previous experience in Sales Recruitment is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
