Role Description The Recovery Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing overdue accounts, coordinating debt recovery processes, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments. Day-to-day tasks include contacting customers regarding missed payments, negotiating repayment arrangements, maintaining accurate records of communication and account status, and escalating complex cases when needed. The Recovery Agent collaborates with finance and customer service teams to verify account information, address customer concerns, and uphold company policies and compliance standards. The role also involves preparing reports on recovery performance and identifying opportunities to improve collection efficiency while maintaining professional and respectful interactions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection skills, including experience with recovery processes and negotiation of payment plans.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review account data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance knowledge to understand billing, account reconciliation, and payment structures.
- Relevant experience in collections, credit control, or a similar role, preferably in automotive, rental, or financial services.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and manage a high volume of cases with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM or collections software and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, reporting systems).
- High level of integrity, resilience, and problem-solving abilities; fluency in English required, Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
