We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Property Consultants to join our team.
Requirements
- Graduate / Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and motivated
- Strong client-handling skills
- Presentable and professional
- Car ownership is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up with leads.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Present projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and property viewings.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Build strong client relationships.
