Huaxin Real Estate is expanding its International Sales Team in Dubai. We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team and work across Dubai’s secondary and off-plan property markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new leads through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and provide suitable buying and investment options.
- Promote and sell secondary and off-plan properties in Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, landlords, and developers.
- Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate offers and support clients through documentation and transaction completion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on Dubai property market trends, projects, prices, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Skills
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales is preferred.
- Candidates with 1–3+ years of sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with strong sales and communication skills may also be considered.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- English communication skills are required.
- Additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Urdu are an advantage.
