Your split isn't the problem. What you're getting for it might be.
If your brokerage is charging you a top-tier split for half the value, it may be worth a second look.
Full-time DASH Carolina agents pay $0 in fees. Ever. No desk fee. No tech fee. Nothing. Pair that with competitive baseline splits and a clear path to higher splits quickly, and it's probably time we talk.
We're hiring across Raleigh, Charlotte, Asheville, Fayetteville, the Triad, Greenville/Spartanburg, and beyond.
Here's the math: as one of the largest (and best) Zillow Preferred partners in the country, our agents get 12-15 qualified leads a month. And at an expected 1-in-10 conversion for great agents, that's 1-2 closings a month from leads alone. Couple that with the referrals every lead generates, plus the traction you build with your sphere as a top-selling agent — and the game gets a lot easier.
What you get: üè° Live Zillow Preferred leads ‚Äî real buyers, ready to move üéØ A Success Partner, Operating Partner, Market Analysts, Listings Team and MORE üí∞ Full-time agents pay zero fees. Ever. üìà A mail system that keeps you the center of every transaction ‚Äî no TC required üöÄ Marketing, branding, and social support that's actually usable ü§ù A culture built on hitting goals together, not grinding alone
Who we want: Licensed (or getting licensed) NC agents who are coachable, hungry, and done building alone.

DASH Carolina is one of NC's fastest-growing brokerages — and one of its top Google-reviewed. We're not trying to be the biggest name in the state. We're trying to be the best partner you've ever had.
