Office Based in either Frankfurt, Germany or Dublin, Ireland / Hybrid
We’re working with a rapidly growing specialist engineering and energy business delivering complex power infrastructure for some of the UK and Europe’s most demanding data centre and mission-critical environments.
With a growing portfolio across the UK and Europe, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team and take ownership of the financial and contractual performance of major projects.
As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll work closely with Project and Contract Managers across the full project lifecycle, from tender through to final account.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying / commercial construction environment
- Background in electrical contracting, MEP, engineering or infrastructure
- Strong experience with cost control, valuations, variations and change management
- Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Commercially astute, organised and detail-focused
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and with site-based teams
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction or a related discipline
