About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Project Sales Engineer – Electrical to join our Sales Team and develop new electrical project opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing quotations and follow-ups, and converting opportunities into successful orders.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and follow up on electrical project opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, procurement teams, and other key project stakeholders.
• Identify project requirements and handle BOQs, RFQs, quotations, and project follow-ups.
• Negotiate with customers and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop existing business opportunities and support order conversion.
• Maintain consistent follow-up on active projects and sales opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in Electrical, MEP, Technical Sales, Construction Materials, or related fields.
• Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, or construction projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of BOQs, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and sales skills.
• Good command of English and MS Office.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and commercially minded.
