Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of fit-out and joinery projects, ensuring all technical details and MEP plans are accurately incorporated into the project scope, leading to high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met, utilizing project management software to track progress and facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality, identifying any potential issues early on and implementing effective solutions to ensure project continuity.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and comprehensive to support project transparency and accountability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle, particularly concerning finishing details.
- Lead project meetings with stakeholders to discuss updates, address concerns, and align on project goals, fostering a collaborative environment for all parties involved in the project.
