Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Specialist role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Product Specialist will support the full lifecycle of assigned products, including understanding product features, gathering customer feedback, and communicating requirements to relevant teams. Daily activities include providing product demonstrations, assisting customers with product-related inquiries, and working closely with sales and customer service teams to address client needs. The role also involves monitoring product performance, analyzing market and customer data, preparing reports, and contributing to product training materials and documentation. The Product Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure that products meet market expectations and deliver value to customers.
