Role OverviewA Procurement Specialist manages an organization's procurement activities. He will responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, issuing purchase orders, and tracking inventory to ensure goods and services are delivered on time and within budget.
Sourcing & Vendor Management: Research prospective suppliers, build strong vendor relationships, and evaluate their products based on quality, cost, and delivery reliability.
• Purchasing & Contracting: Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), prepare and process purchase orders, and negotiate favorable contract terms.
• Inventory & Tracking: Monitor inventory levels, reorder stocked items according to demand and track inbound shipments to ensure timely warehouse delivery.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Review supplier invoices, resolve pricing issues, and troubleshoot any delays or defective deliveries with vendors.
• Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and external legal regulations.

Requirements
• BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Experience with an ERP system is preferred
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
