مسؤول مشتريات (للسعوديين فقط)
تعلن شركة مصنع محمود عطا للمنتجات المعدنية في المدينة الصناعية الثانية بجدة عن حاجتها إلى مسؤول مشتريات سعودي الجنسية.
المهام:
- استلام طلبات الشراء ومراجعة المواصفات والكميات.
- طلب عروض الأسعار ومقارنتها والتفاوض مع الموردين.
- إصدار أوامر الشراء ومتابعتها حتى الاستلام.
- متابعة الشحنات والتنسيق مع المستودعات والمصنع.
- مطابقة الفواتير مع أوامر الشراء ومستندات الاستلام.
- إدارة قاعدة بيانات الموردين وتقييم أدائهم.
- متابعة أسعار المواد الخام وإعداد التقارير الدورية.
المتطلبات:
- الجنسية السعودية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (محادثة وكتابة).
- القدرة على استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل.
- مؤهل جامعي أو دبلوم في إدارة الأعمال أو المشتريات أو الهندسة.
- خبرة سنتان على الأقل في المشتريات، ويفضّل في المقاولات أو التصنيع أو المعادن.
- إتقان Excel وWord وOutlook.
- مهارات تفاوض وتواصل ممتازة، ودقة وتنظيم والتزام بالمواعيد.
- قراءة المواصفات والمخططات وجداول الكميات (BOQ) ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة بالمواد المعدنية أو أنظمة ERP ميزة إضافية.

Procurement Officer (Saudi Nationals Only)
Mahmoud Atta Factory for Metal Products Co. Second Industrial City, Jeddah, is hiring a Saudi Procurement Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Receive purchase requests and review specifications and quantities.
- Request and compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up until delivery.
- Track shipments and coordinate with the warehouse and factory.
- Match invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents.
- Maintain the supplier database and evaluate supplier performance.
- Monitor raw material prices and prepare periodic reports.
Requirements:
- Saudi nationality.
- Good English, spoken and written.
- Ability to use AI tools in daily work.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, procurement, or engineering.
- At least 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in contracting, manufacturing, or metals.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, accuracy, organization, and commitment to deadlines.
- Ability to read specifications, drawings, and BOQs is a plus.
- Knowledge of metal materials or ERP systems is a plus.
