Ability to understand and lead all aspects of the MDM ecosystem. Banking domain experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ÔÇ∑ Define and manage enterprise MDM strategy, roadmap, and governance aligned with business and regulatory priorities. ÔÇ∑ Own end-to-end MDM service including Oracle MDM stack (Siebel UCM, OEDQ, ODI) across domains and geographies. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: ÔÇ∑ Minimum Qualification ÔÇ∑ Bachelor‚Äôs in Computer Science / Information Systemsor related field (Master‚Äôs preferred) ÔÇ∑ 15+ years in Data Management / Enterprise Applications ‚ñ™ 8+ years hands-on with MDM platforms (Oracle preferred). ÔÇ∑ Deep expertise in MDM architecture, data models, governance, and data quality frameworks. ÔÇ∑ Strong Oracle ecosystem experience (UCM, OEDQ, ODI, EBS/Fusion, APIs, Middleware). ÔÇ∑ Extensive experience in large-scale transformation programs and regulated environments (banking preferred). ÔÇ∑ Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
