We are representing a leading early childhood center in Bahrain dedicated exclusively to the foundational years of development (ages 18 months to 6 years), delivering the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework and English National Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
路 Provide executive and instructional leadership for the EYFS framework (toddlers to reception) and Key Stage 1 (Year 1).
路 Ensure full operational, administrative, and regulatory alignment with Bahrain Ministry of Education standards and child safeguarding frameworks.
路 Drive student enrollment and community brand positioning across digital media and parent networks.
路 Mentor, guide, and upskill international and local teaching and administrative staff through regular evaluations and professional development.
Candidate Requirements
路 Recognized Bachelor���s Degree in Education / Early Childhood + formal teaching qualification (PGCE / B.Ed with QTS or equivalent).
路 Minimum 3+ years of senior leadership experience as a Principal within Bahrain or the wider GCC.
路 A proven 'builder and innovator' mindset with a track record of school improvement and institutional growth (not a caretaker).
路 Full eligibility for Bahrain Ministry of Education principal licensing (degree attestation & police clearance).
