Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and understand IT products and solutions to offer accurate recommendations tailored to client needs
- Engage with clients to identify their business requirements through discovery calls and meetings
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Respond to product inquiries and offer expert advice to build strong client relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to assess technical feasibility and contribute to proposals
- Address technical objections and provide support to help close sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Very good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, systems, and technologies.
