Company Description Humanloop designs and staffs the operating systems that power the back office of mission-driven organizations. Instead of relying on traditional hiring models, Humanloop diagnoses operational needs, documents how functions should run, and places trained operators into clearly defined systems. This approach creates enduring capabilities with written scope, measurable milestones, and processes that remain even when individuals move on. Humanloop primarily supports lean organizations without dedicated operations teams, building infrastructure tailored to their mission rather than using generic templates.
Role Description The Podcast Strategy & Production Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, producing, and optimizing podcasts that support Humanloop’s mission and client storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include developing podcast strategies aligned with organizational goals, planning episode formats and content calendars, and coordinating guests and recordings. The specialist will manage end-to-end production workflows, oversee audio quality standards, and implement quality control processes to ensure consistent, professional output. This role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to refine messaging, training contributors on best practices, and analyzing performance metrics to improve future episodes.
