Role Description The Paint Protection Film and Window Tint Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait. The installer will prepare vehicle surfaces, cut and apply paint protection film, and install window tint to a high standard of accuracy and finish. Daily tasks include cleaning and inspecting vehicle panels and glass, positioning and smoothing films, trimming edges, and ensuring proper adhesion with minimal defects. The role involves reviewing work orders, following product and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean workspace, and communicating clearly with colleagues and customers about installation details and care instructions. The installer will also assist with quality checks, minor corrections, and basic equipment maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- Practical experience or strong interest in paint protection film and window tint installation, with steady hands and good manual dexterity.
- Ability to measure, cut, and align films accurately, with strong attention to detail and a focus on high-quality finishes.
- Knowledge of basic automotive body and glass surfaces, and willingness to follow product-specific installation and safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively in a workshop environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and reach around vehicles, while handling tools and materials safely.
- Basic problem-solving skills to address bubbles, creases, or alignment issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Prior experience in automotive detailing, wrapping, or related trades is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and participate in ongoing training to improve techniques and product knowledge.
