We’re Hiring | Operations Executive – Shipping & Freight Forwarding
Flash Cargo Logistics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our shipping and freight forwarding team.
Job Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, specifically in Shipping and Freight Forwarding.
• Good knowledge of shipping and freight forwarding operations.
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates living in or near Heliopolis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and follow up on daily shipping and freight forwarding operations.
• Monitor shipments from booking until final delivery.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, and clients.
• Prepare and follow up on shipping documents and quotations when required.
• Track shipment status and ensure timely updates.
• Follow up on delays, operational issues, and shipment exceptions.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
